About Aaron

Aaron Dekle joined Ben Crump Law in 2023, bringing with him a track record of success since graduating from law school in 2019. His achievements in litigation span multimillion-dollar settlements to securing dispositive motions. Before becoming part of the Ben Crump Law team, Aaron worked as a civil litigator, practicing on both the defense and plaintiff’s side across various areas, including business disputes, labor and employment law, personal injury, and executive compensation. This diverse experience equips him with a unique perspective that fuels his dedicated advocacy for clients. Aaron’s focused approach seamlessly aligns with the firm’s culture, and he is admitted to practice in Texas and all four federal U.S. district courts in the state. Recognizing his outstanding contributions, Aaron earned a place on the prestigious Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for Commercial Litigation and Litigation - Labor and Employment in 2023 and 2024, and for Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs in 2024. Additionally, Aaron was honored as a Super Lawyers 2024 Texas Rising Star list honoree. A Dallas native, Aaron grew up in the suburbs of Texas, with a mother who worked as an elementary school teacher and a father who was a computer software developer. Graduating summa cum laude with a double major in history and political science from Pensacola Christian College in 2015, he continued his academic excellence at Baylor Law School. There, he graduated summa cum laude and ranked third in his class in 2019. During law school, Aaron enhanced his speaking abilities and courtroom presence through participation in the National Veteran’s Law Moot Court Competition. He also served on the editorial board of the Baylor Law Review as the senior technical editor. Aaron further honed his legal analysis and writing skills while interning for U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Manske of the Western District of Texas. Outside of his legal pursuits, Aaron enjoys quality time with his wife, indulging in activities like fishing, frisbee golf, woodworking, and contributing to his church’s youth group. A devoted sports fan, he follows the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys.
