About Aaron

Aaron F. Kass practices in a wide range of fields, including personal injury, traffic offenses, criminal defense, and estate planning. He graduated from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 2005, where he was inducted into the “Order of the Coif.” He was also the Student Notes Editor for, and published in, the Environmental Law and Policy Review. In 2002, he graduated Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in History and minoring in Theology. He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, The American Association for Justice, The American Bar Association, Portsmouth Bar Association, Virginia Beach Bar Association, Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association and I’Anson-Hoffman American Inn of Court. He is listed in “Virginia Super Lawyers Magazine” for his personal injury practice (“Rising Stars” 2009-2020; “Super Lawyers” 2021-2024), listed in “Coastal Virginia Magazine” in the “CoVaBiz Top Personal Injury Lawyers List” (2019-2021) and has been selected as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in Virginia by The National Trial Lawyers Association. He is also rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Referral Service. He has practiced law in Portsmouth and throughout Hampton Roads his entire career.
