About Aaron

Aaron Jophlin is a managing partner with Bell Legal Group, focusing on complex litigation: medical malpractice, wrongful death, criminal defense, nursing home neglect, and catastrophic injury. Before joining Bell Legal Group, he worked with the South Carolina Supreme Court Staff Attorney’s office as well as an Assistant Solicitor for the Fifth Circuit in Richland County. Aaron has successfully represented individuals in the state and federal courts of South Carolina, the South Carolina Supreme Court, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Aaron earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and his law degree from University of South Carolina School of Law.
