About Aaron

Aaron Watson is a Personal Injury Lawyer and founding attorney of The Watson Firm, PLLC. He is a national champion in trial advocacy and has served as president of the Black Law Students Association and interned with the United States Department of Justice. He was inducted into The National Order of Barristers and serves on the Board of Governors for Stetson University College of Law, the American Association for Justice, and the Florida Justice Association. He has been recognized as one of the National Black Lawyers Top 100 attorneys, a Super Lawyers honoree, and holds an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He has secured multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements, including a $12.6 million jury verdict and a $3.3 million verdict in the Yamaha Rhino litigation. He was named a "Panhandle Personality" by the Pensacola News Journal in 2009 and recognized as one of the Top 40 Trial Lawyers in the nation under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers Association. He is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Watson was named Entrepreneur of The Year by Studer Community Institute in 2018 and received the Trailblazer Award from the University of West Florida in 2019. He received the Dick Gregory Good Brother Award in 2019 and the Business and Industry Award from the NAACP in 2019. He was honored as Alumnus of The Year by the Black Law Students Association at Stetson University in 2018 and served as Grand Marshal for the Martin Luther King Jr. Parade in Pensacola in 2024. He co-founded The Watson Family Foundation with his wife, Kimberly Watson, focusing on community support and mentorship.
