About Abbey
Abbey received an Associate Degree in Accounting from Belmont Technical College in St. Clairsville, Ohio in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Health Services Administration, cum laude, from Ohio University in 2014. After receiving her bachelor’s, Abbey moved to Columbus, Ohio to attend Capital University Law School. She received her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in January 2018, where she graduated magna cum laude and with pro bono legal honors. Abbey was admitted to the bar that same year in May. While in law school, Abbey served as a Peer Advisor, a Peer Ambassador, and a staff member for the Capital University Law Review. While in law school, Abbey clerked for the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office, and was a legal intern at the Franklin County Probate Court. Abbey began working for Stebelton Snider, LPA as a law clerk in May of 2017 and transitioned to an Associate Attorney in May of 2018. Abbey regularly practices in several counties in and around central Ohio, including but not limited to: Fairfield, Pickaway, Perry, Hocking, Ross, Franklin, Muskingum, and Licking Counties. Currently, Abbey’s skills are utilized in the firm’s Criminal Law, Family Law, and Civil Litigation Departments. Additionally, Abbey serves as a Guardian ad Litem. Abbey also does work related to estate planning and probate matters. She also serves as the Chairperson for the Fairfield County Women’s Bar Association, is a member of the Lancaster Rotary Club, and is a Board Member for the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce.
