Attorney Adam Hubble has been practicing law for over 30 years. He has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as in the AAA and organized labor arbitration settings. He has successfully tried insurance, liability, claims recovery, commercial contract, health, life and disability cases in Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, Kentucky, Indiana and Colorado. His reported cases include Rice v. Jefferson Pilot Financial Insurance Company, 578 F.3d 450 (6th Cir. 2009) and Goyal v. Aetna Life Ins. Co, 194 F.3d 1312 (6th Cir. 1999). Adam is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Ohio, as well as all federal courts in Indiana, Michigan, and Colorado and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Adam has also represented professional athletes for 20 years. He is the founder and principal agent of Diamond Sports Management, Ltd, and is certified as a Player Agent by the Major League Baseball Players Association. Currently representing over 50 professional baseball players, his clients include a Major League Baseball All-Star, a first round pick in the MLB draft, a NY Times best-selling author and an Ultimate Fighting and Pride Grand Prix Heavyweight Champion.
