Adam Shapiro joined the Disparti Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers as an Associate Attorney in January 2017. He concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury law, including cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, nursing home abuse, and medical malpractice. I am passionate about pursuing justice on behalf of individuals and families who have been injured by the negligent actions of others. I have dedicated my career to fighting for justice and full compensation on behalf of my injured clients. I believe that it is the right of every person to receive just compensation for his or her injuries from at-fault parties. The insurance industry has placed as many barriers as possible to deny injured parties full compensation. Prior to joining the Disparti Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers, I worked for a year with a defense firm defending the interests of clients in the area of professional liability, such as medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, dental malpractice, and legal malpractice. During my short time working for the defense side, I learned how the insurance companies used schemes and tactics to deny or minimize compensation legally and rightfully owed to an injured individual and their family. I witnessed firsthand how these insurance companies successfully implemented these schemes and tactics to avoid compensating an injured party. This experience reaffirmed my passion and dedication for representing individuals and their families who have been injured or harmed due to the wrongful actions of another. Now, I use this past experience and knowledge to combat these schemes and tactics used by the insurance companies for the benefit of my clients to pursue complete justice and maximum compensation for my clients.
