Before joining Blaine Jones Law, LLC, Attorney Burke was a former Assistant United States Attorney for 23 years. Attorney Burke has been practicing law for OVER 35 YEARS! Attorney Burke brings his vast knowledge and 23 years of experience as a federal prosecutor who concentrated much of his efforts in the areas of firearms and narcotics trafficking, while also prosecuting white collar crimes. Prior to his appointment to the United State Attorney's Office, Mr. Burke spent over two years as an Assistant District Attorney in Washington County Pennsylvania. His areas of criminal expertise include firearms, narcotics, bank robbery, theft, embezzlement, fraud, kidnapping, murder, assault, rape, forfeiture, DUI, and juvenile cases.
