Alan Gustafson is a Construction Law Litigation Attorney at Herman & Wells. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at a large national defense law firm, giving him insight into the 'other side's' strategies. He has practiced with a sustained focus on construction law, community association law, and litigation since 2007. He holds a Juris Doctor cum laude from Stetson University College of Law (2007) and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Wittenberg University (2004). He is licensed to practice law in Florida and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida.
