Alan Jimenez, a Colorado native and attorney in Colorado for many years has represented plaintiffs in a large variety of personal injury cases including automobile crash, wrongful death, bicycle, motorcycle, truck, premises, negligent security, pedestrian, bar liability, construction, recreational accidents and many other types of negligence cases. Alan has dedicated his entire career to representing injured people against big insurance companies. His litigation practice has involved numerous jury trials before most jurisdictions in the state. After graduating from the University of Denver with a Science Area degree, pre-medicine and business emphasis, Alan attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and graduated in 1987. While still in law school Alan clerked for a prominent personal injury attorney and interned for a Denver District Court Judge. A proud practice accomplishment includes winning a wrongful death trial on behalf of an immigrant family who lost their son when he was waiting to cross a street. The insurance company did not offer any settlement money before trial. Alan is also proud of having helped thousands of injured Colorado accident victims get medical care and well-deserved settlement money. Alan is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and the Hispanic Bar Association. When not working he enjoys travel, film, golf, mountain biking, and family time with his wife and two sons.
