About Albert

Albert N. Montano is an associate at the firm who handles all types of personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, dog bite claims, product liability and wrongful death. Albert completed his undergraduate degree at Seton Hall University, where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. Thereafter, he obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University, School of Law. After graduating from law school, Albert completed two judicial clerkships for the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden. For more than 20 years, Albert has practiced almost exclusively in the field of personal injury law, trying numerous cases to verdict. Albert’s extensive experience working for civil defense firms has provided him keen insight into the strategies employed by the defense attorneys and the insurance carriers.
