About Alex

Attorney Alex LeRoy is from Morgantown, West Virginia, and attended the West Virginia University College of Law, earning a joint JD/MBA degree. During school, Alex served as a senior editor for the West Virginia Law Review, where his student note was selected for publication, and as a student attorney in the college’s Litigation Clinic, where he developed a passion for advocating for the legal rights of his fellow West Virginians. Prior to joining Klie Law Offices, Alex worked on title matters within the Appalachian Basin, and on appellate criminal defense matters before California, Texas, New York and federal courts. These diverse experiences allow Alex to formulate creative and effective legal solutions for his clients. Alex works out of the Morgantown office and is barred to practice in the State of West Virginia, and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. In his free time, Alex enjoys exercise, cooking, video games and anything outdoors.
