Algert S. Agricola, Jr. was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1978. He served as Law Clerk for the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Alabama. He was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alabama and an Assistant U.S. Attorney. His practice concentrations include election law, constitutional law, long term care, insurance coverage analysis, mental health law, employment practices litigation, premises liability, administrative law, and white-collar crime. He has represented governors, chief justices, and senators, and serves as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Alabama. He is also on the Alabama Supreme Court's Standing Committee on the Alabama Rules of Appellate Procedure.
