Aliet Sanchez Castro is an attorney whose education and experience span different countries and legal systems. He began his career in Cuba, where he graduated with honors as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Oriente. Subsequently, he expanded his professional career in Ecuador and in the United States, where he decided to strengthen his credentials by obtaining a Certificate in Paralegal Studies at Lone Star College in Texas, as well as a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Laws (LLM) with a specialization in Tax Law at the University of Miami. A member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Sanchez Castro possesses impressive skills in drafting legal documents, including motions for continuance, termination, reopening, and administrative closure, as well as in preparing draft pleadings for asylum cases and NOF (Notice of Filing). He is also proficient in legal research tools such as Bluedot, ECAS, and AILA, and has experience in observing master hearings as part of his training.
