Allison J. Capaul is a skilled advocate focused on representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of another party. As a Litigation Associate at Fielding Law, Allison has considerable experience working on personal injury lawsuits, having tried over forty cases to verdict in Texas counties and resolved hundreds of cases favorably. She is not afraid of the courtroom and is willing to go the distance for her clients. Prior to joining Fielding Law, she was a litigation attorney with one of the largest personal injury law firms in the DFW area. Allison completed her undergraduate degree at Hamline University (St. Paul, MN) with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and obtained her Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is licensed to practice in Texas.
