About Alyssa
Alyssa A. Ruge earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where she was a Senior Associate of the Stetson Law Review and awarded a Certificate of Concentration in Trial Advocacy. She completed an internship with the United States Department of Justice and served as a certified intern for the Office of the State Attorney. She practices in civil litigation and appeals, handling cases in the Supreme Court of Florida and various District Courts of Appeal. She was selected as one of 102 up-and-coming attorneys in Florida in 2006 and served as an adjunct professor at Hillsborough Community College.
