About Amari

Amari Bertagnolli, attorney was born and raised in Wyoming. She chose to stay in her home state to pursue a legal career, allowing her to remain close to family and serve her beloved community. With years of experience as a certified direct support professional at Ark Regional Services, Amari has developed a compassionate and thorough approach to assisting clients. During law school, she spent significant time as a student attorney in the University of Wyoming Defender Aid Clinic, helping underrepresented clients share their stories and seek justice in the criminal legal system. Amari is equally dedicated to guiding individuals through the complexities of civil law. In the summer of 2023, she interned at Legal Aid of Wyoming, where she successfully assisted with various civil legal matters, including divorce and child custody cases, estate planning, property disputes, and contract law. Since February 2024, Amari has been enhancing her skills and knowledge at Pence and MacMillan LLC, and she is now serving clients as a fully licensed attorney after being admitted to the bar in October 2024.
