Amir Hagoo is a Founding & Managing Partner at The EH Law Firm L.L.P., specializing in criminal defense and immigration matters. He graduated from York University in 2004 and St. Thomas University Law School in 2007. He became a member of the Florida Bar in 2007 and the Law Society of Ontario in 2016. He served at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office from 2008-2012, handling over a thousand cases and taking over 50 trials to verdict. As an immigrant, he has personal experience navigating the American immigration system, eventually becoming a dual citizen of Canada and the United States.
