About Amir

Amir Stark is a seasoned trial attorney with nearly two decades of experience, licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His background in complex litigation provides a unique skill set for family law, including high-conflict custody trials and protection from abuse cases. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. Amir is recognized for his intelligent advocacy, detailed preparation, and compassionate approach, connecting with clients during crises. He has authored appellate briefs, argued before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and litigated Children & Youth expunction appeals. He is a recipient of the Arthur B. Walsh Pro Bono Publico Award and is active in leadership roles at the Bucks County Bar Association, Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and A Woman’s Place.
