Amy represents individual clients and businesses in commercial disputes, family matters, employment and labor law issues, as well as litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings. Amy is admitted to practice in both Federal and state courts in Maine and New York. She was selected for inclusion in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 New England Rising Stars © in the category of Business Litigation. Amy was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© 2021 for her work in the practice area of Employment Law - Individuals. A 2008 graduate of Columbia University School of Law, Dieterich was associated with two prominent New York City law firms prior to joining Skelton Taintor & Abbott, where she gained valuable litigation experience in a wide variety of matters including securities, white collar crime, ERISA, and complex commercial disputes. Governor Janet Mills has nominated our esteemed colleague, Attorney Amy Dieterich, to serve as a District Court Judge for the State of Maine.
