Sauter dedicates her practice to all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, asset and debt division, spousal maintenance, and post-decree issues. As a creative problem solver, CDFA®, and a licensed attorney, Amy brings a unique perspective to her clients which allows her to blend the legal and financial aspects often involved in a divorce. Amy’s practice also includes representing unmarried parents in custody and parenting time matters, spousal maintenance issues, antenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, as well as modification of enforcement of prior orders.
