Andrew “Drew” Binkley has been a trial lawyer for 10+ years. He has significant experience in various types of litigation, including personal injury, car and tractor trailer wrecks, product liability, business disputes, medical malpractice, nursing home and premises liability. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in Counties throughout Tennessee. Mr. Binkley’s practice focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. Drew Binkley is a second-generation attorney from Cookeville, Tennessee where he was born and raised. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Tennessee where he graduated with an honors degree in finance. Thereafter he worked a number of years as an investment advisor to both individuals and businesses. Mr. Binkley’s professional legal experience includes his appointment by the State of Tennessee to serve in Memphis, Tennessee as an administrative judge. He adjudicated appeals related to health care, disability, and food stamps. In addition, Mr. Binkley has worked in his hometown for the Law Offices of Jon Jones as a litigation attorney for 10 years. Mr. Binkley is a founding partner of Callahan & Binkley, PLC, together with fellow Cookeville native Shea Callahan, where their firm continues its members’ focus on litigation throughout Tennessee.
