Anita M. Washington is a skilled and compassionate attorney with a strong track record in medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, and premises liability litigation. A member of the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ) and a graduate of Leadership Academy 10 of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Anita is a fierce courtroom advocate with a client-centered approach. With a background as a Litigation Paralegal, Paralegal Professor, and 9-1-1 Operator, she brings a unique blend of practical experience and legal expertise to her practice. Throughout her career, she has secured over $10 million in settlements and verdicts, passionately fighting for justice on behalf of individuals harmed by negligence.
