Ann Wolf is an experienced litigator, with over 15 years of experience representing clients in cases involving construction law and litigation, commercial and business litigation, real estate litigation, environmental and regulatory law, condemnation proceedings, receiverships, surety law, personal injury and property damage cases, employment law and insurance law. Ann focuses on problem solving to aggressively represent her clients’ positions, working to find the best solution, whether that means fighting for their interests through trial or negotiating a favorable settlement. In particular, Ann has years of experience representing clients in complex construction litigation. The issues often involve interpreting intent of the design documents and determining responsibility for oversight and work sequencing. Ann revels in digging into the facts, piecing together the story of what happened and developing the arguments that give her clients the greatest chance to prevail. After growing up in the Midwest, Ann started her legal career in Oregon, and she still has strong ties to the Pacific Northwest. However, in 2015 she and her husband, Jason, moved to the Kansas City area to raise their two children closer to their grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins in Kansas and Iowa. Ann loves being near family and enjoying the many great entertainment options the Kansas City area has to offer.
