About Anne

Attorney Murdica’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, including the representation of businesses and municipalities in State and Federal Courts, as well as in administrative proceedings. Attorney Murdica regularly drafts and negotiates contracts on behalf of her clients and has consistently obtained favorable results for her clients in mediations and settlement negotiations. In addition, she has successfully represented clients in workers’ compensation matters and regularly advises on commercial and residential real estate transactions and land use. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Attorney Murdica practiced law in New York City, focusing primarily on the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in product liability litigation matters.
