About Anthony

Attorney Anthony Muir is an experienced litigation attorney, focusing primarily in family law matters, which includes representing clients in matters such as divorces, parenting disputes, child support issues, and guardianships. Anthony has represented clients in the Family Division (including the Complex Case Docket), Probate Division, District Division, and Superior Court. Anthony has also represented a number of clients with great success in appellate matters at the New Hampshire Supreme Court. In addition to his litigation practice, Anthony also practices as a mediator. Anthony graduated from Merrimack College with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy as well as a minor in Economics. He graduated with a 3.99 GPA, earning the Cardinal Cushing Medal, an award given to the top-ranking Social Science student. Anthony graduated is a graduate of UNH School of Law. While at UNH, Anthony had the privilege of participating in the prestigious Daniel Webster Scholars Honor Program (a first-of-its-kind program in the country focused on providing students the opportunity to graduate from law school client-ready.) He also served as an officer on UNH Law Review. Following law school, Anthony immediately became entrenched the practice of family law litigation, of which he has made a career for the last ten years. Anthony, his wife, and daughter, live in the Seacoast area. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys travel, exercise, cooking, strategy games, and baking and decorating cakes with his family.
