About April

April E. Olson is a first-generation college student and the first attorney in her family, with multicultural roots indigenous to Mexico and Sweden. She graduated from Sandra Day O'Conner College of Law at Arizona State University in 2006 with a certificate of Indian law. Her practice is primarily in Indian law, including criminal law, labor and employment, civil litigation, dependency law, and ICWA. She engages in substantial pro bono work and advocates for tribal sovereignty.
