April Lawhon Gremillion is a Senior Attorney in the Van Winkle Law Firm’s Business Law practice group. Her current practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions and representing clients in general corporate matters. She can assist business clients with forming new entities, restructuring existing entities, selling their business, and acquiring new businesses. April is available to meet with clients in both our Asheville and Hendersonville office or remotely via video conference. April has practiced law for over 20 years and is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Texas.
