April A. Palmer is a dedicated family law attorney committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation and counsel to clients throughout Texas. With over 20 years of experience, she has earned a reputation for handling a wide range of family law matters with empathy and compassion. As an advocate, April fights hard for children and parents alike. As a mediator, April has helped families find a peaceful resolution during some of their darkest times. April earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Texas Tech University and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2001. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from the University of Texas at Arlington. April focuses exclusively on family law matters, including but not limited to: Divorce, Child Custody and Visitation, Child Support and Medical Support, Spousal Support, Property Division, Paternity, Adoption, Domestic Violence Protective Orders, Child Protective Services. April understands that family law matters can be emotionally challenging and strives to provide personalized attention to each client’s unique needs. She believes in approaching cases with empathy, patience, and a commitment to collaboration. April is a skilled negotiator and litigator, as well as a mediator.
