About Asha

Asha Pandya, originally from Ohio, earned her B.A. from the College of Wooster and her J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where she received numerous awards for trial advocacy. She spent over a decade as a prosecutor in the Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office, handling complex cases including violent and gang-related crimes. She then gained another decade of experience as a defense attorney, known for her steadfast determination and success in jury trials. Ms. Pandya is a highly sought-after instructor, teaching attorneys and law enforcement personnel in seminars and continuing legal education classes.
