Austin Browning, raised in rural Dibble Oklahoma, is a Cum Laude honors graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University and attended Oklahoma City School of Law. He was awarded membership into the Board of Barristers for outstanding trial advocacy. He began his career as a licensed legal intern and Assistant District Attorney in Cleveland, Grady, and Caddo Counties, handling criminal and juvenile matters. He also served as an Assistant Tribal Prosecutor for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, achieving a conviction in one of the first jury trials held by a sovereign native nation since the McGirt decision.
