About Bailey

Attorney Bailey Brinkley is a proud Fort Myers native who brings a strong academic background and deep commitment to personal injury law. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, graduating summa cum laude in Food and Resource Economics with a minor in Agricultural and Natural Resource Law. Bailey then obtained her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where she was actively involved in the Women’s Law Symposium and the Innocence Project of Florida. Since becoming licensed to practice law in Florida in 2022, Bailey has focused her entire legal career on personal injury. Before joining The Law Offices of Ron Sholes, P.A., she worked in auto negligence and premises liability defense, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how insurance companies operate. Now based in Jacksonville, Bailey proudly calls Northeast Florida home. When she’s not advocating for injured clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and cheering on the Florida Gators during football season.
