About Bartosz

Attorney Bart Kmiec graduated from Wayne State University with a double major in French and Spanish Studies and then went on to earn his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He was a law clerk at the Michigan Tax Tribunal. Bart joined Femminineo Law in 2023 after many years representing a large national insurance carrier, gaining valuable insight into the No Fault Act. He primarily handles auto negligence claims, no fault claims, general negligence, dog bites and premises claims.
