He continued his education at the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 2018. Baxter’s dedication and commitment to the law were recognized during his academic tenure, as he consistently earned Dean’s List Honors from 2016 to 2018. Not just content with theoretical knowledge, Baxter honed his practical skills as a research editor in the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estates Law Journal. He served diligently on the Pro Bono Program, gaining a broad legal service perspective. Before his legal career, Baxter was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout by the Boy Scouts of America, a testament to his leadership skills and commitment to serving the community.
