About Ben
Ben is a Montana native and partner whose practice focuses on commercial litigation. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a range of complex disputes involving business and contracts, health care, insurance, employment, land use and constitutional law. Ben has successfully represented clients at trial and on appeal. He attended Northwestern University School and Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining the firm, Ben clerked for the Honorable Brian Morris on the Montana Supreme Court. He and his family enjoy living in Bozeman and spending time outside in the mountains. Ben has been recognized for the last several years as a “Rising Star” by Mountain States Super Lawyers in business litigation. He is licensed to practice in Montana and Oregon.
