He has experience handling all aspects of litigation in both federal and state courts, including matters involving class actions, products liability, bad faith, personal injury, coverage issues, and commercial disputes. He has first chaired 8 trials to verdict in the last 5 years and has extensive appellate experience. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
