About Ben

Ben Janssen is a graduate of the Washburn University School of Law, where he was active in the Criminal Litigation Clinic, the Veteran’s Legal forum, and the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy. He is currently a member of the Missouri Bar, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Prior to attending Washburn, he served in both the United States Marine Corps and the United Sates Navy. His goal as an attorney is to provide dedication and attention to detail demanded by military service. Time in the military and experiences since his discharge have left him with a personal understanding of the challenges faced by veterans and their families, and he welcomes the opportunity to help disabled veterans fight for the compensation they deserve in actions before the Department of Veteran’s Affairs and Court of Veteran’s Affairs.
