About Benjamin

Attorney Ancona is a 1994 graduate of Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He graduated in the top 10 percent of his class and scored in the top 5 percent on the national bar exam. While in law school, Attorney Ancona clerked for the State of Michigan Tax Tribunal and at the Criminal Appellate Division of the Michigan Attorney General's Office where he was commissioned to research and author a brief for the Japanese Embassy on Michigan's bar to the death penalty. Mr. Ancona was also on Law Review where he wrote opinions on the right of grandparent visitation and mandatory minimum sentencing. After having graduated law school, Attorney Ancona has been in private practice ever since. He has tried enumerable cases both to juries and to the bench. Attorney Ancona is also published in appellate law.
