Benjamin G. Berkley, son of personal injury lawyers, joined Carpenter & Zuckerman shortly after graduating law school in 2013. He specializes in all areas of personal injury law, including car accident, trip and fall, slip and fall, and traumatic brain injury cases, handling a full spectrum of injury severity. He has secured over $150 million in settlements, arbitration awards, and trial verdicts. He attended Southwestern Law School, where he was an associate editor on Law Review.
