Benjamin Hasty is a criminal defense lawyer and former prosecutor from Little Rock, Arkansas, who moved to Greenville, South Carolina. He graduated from Clemson University with a double major in Political Science and Italian Language and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina, School of Law. He previously worked as an Assistant Solicitor in the Sixteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, leading the DUI Unit in York County. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar.
