About Benjamin

Ben Kemmy grew up in San Antonio, went to college at Notre Dame and law school at the University of Houston. Ben represents injured Texans. He personally handles all aspects of his clients’ cases - from the initial meeting to trial, if need be. Ben has tried a variety of injury cases to juries all over the state. Whether the client’s injuries are caused by trespassing livestock, a serious 18-wheeler wreck, or a failed surgery, Ben takes pride in learning every aspect of his client’s case and injury. Ben believes that being a trial lawyer means being a part of something bigger than self, which is the effort to create a safe, healthy, and just community.
