Beth D. Osowski is a trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience in the Oshkosh area, focusing on workers' compensation, personal injury, and civil litigation. She is the author of 'Trial Preparation Tools' and has published blogs and presented numerous legal seminars. Beth is a member and past director of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and a member of the Wisconsin Association of Workers Compensation Attorneys. She also served as Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Litigation Section of the State Bar and volunteered on the Office of Lawyer Regulation’s District Committee. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Education and obtained her Juris Doctorate with Distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she was the first-ranked student in her class.
