Beverly A. Sandacz

About Beverly

Beverly Sandacz is a principal in the firm and a member of the medical defense group. She has devoted her entire career to the defense of hospitals and health care providers, including physicians, nurses, and therapists. She has also served as counsel for hospitals and health care insurance companies. Ms. Sandacz has handled literally hundreds of medical malpractice cases from inception to close. She has successfully defended hospitals and health care providers in numerous jury trials as lead counsel across northern Ohio. Ms. Sandacz has also lectured to physicians, nurses, and lawyers on medical malpractice issues. Ms. Sandacz also served as judicial staff attorney for the Honorable Joseph Mahoney at the Eleventh District Court of Appeals. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Sandacz worked as a registered nurse for ten years in Virginia and Ohio. Her areas of nursing practice included cardiac step-down, surgical intensive care, and cardio-thoracic intensive care, the last of which was at the Cleveland Clinic for more than six (6) years. Ms. Sandacz has achieved an AV® Preeminent ™ rating from Martindale-Hubble Law Directory which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards reflecting the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and Judiciary. She has also been named to the Ohio Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America consecutively for the last several years.
