Beverly Brewer was born and raised in Irvine, Kentucky. She is a 2012 graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and a 2009 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. She is admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association and licensed to practice in all state courts within the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
