Bill B. Berke is an experienced Social Security Disability attorney who has been practicing law for more than 35 years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Degree from Indiana University in 1982 and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Florida, College of Law in 1985. He opened his own law firm in 1986 and has been representing people in Southwest Florida since then. He was admitted to the United States District Court, Middle District of the State of Florida in 1987 and to practice in front of the Supreme Court of the United States in 1994. He handles Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Defective Drug/Device Litigation, Junk Fax Litigation, Employment Law Cases and Overtime Claims. He has only represented injured people/plaintiffs and never insurance companies or employers. He is a member of several professional associations and is a frequent lecturer.
