Mr. Jeffery has lived in Monmouth County, New Jersey since he was a small child. He received his B.A. from the American University in 1993 and his J.D. from the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University in 1996. He is a member of the bar for the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Jeffery has been an attorney in New Jersey since 1996. From 1998 - 2023 he worked for the firms of Pressler & Pressler; Hayt, Hayt & Landau; Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard; Amdur, Maggs & Shor; the Warshaw Law Firm and Rudolph, Kayal & Almeida as an associate attorney. He has also worked as a sole practitioner representing clients throughout the State of New Jersey. He has experience representing clients in civil, criminal and municipal litigation. His litigation experience includes breach of contract, consumer fraud, sexual assault, aggravated assault, felony murder, possession of CDS, forgery, theft, DWI/DUI, personal injury and automobile accident cases. Mr. Jeffery has also represented clients in the Family Part in connection with Final Restraining Order trials. Mr. Jeffery has proudly represented individuals, large corporations and small businesses in both State and Federal District Court.
