Billy Whyte is an associate attorney at Kershaw Anderson King, PLLC. Billy graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Accounting and Economics. He earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2018, and since moved to Texas where he is licensed to practice law. Billy started off as a corporate and M&A attorney before spending the last 4 years in civil litigation, handling everything from personal injury, premises liability, breach of contract, to intellectual property claims, as well as handling a wide variety of cases ranging from insurance defense for personal auto, boats, or trucking, mass torts, and small business claims.
