Through his extensive background in immigration law, Mr. Harrison has successfully represented hundreds of clients with various types of immigration cases, including investment, family, employment, humanitarian, and naturalization-based applications. Mr. Harrison earned his bachelor’s degree from the College of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee where he concentrated his studies in international business. After working for a Fortune 500 company, he obtained a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University and a Master of Laws focused on immigration law from Golden Gate University located in San Francisco, California. Mr. Harrison is a seasoned expert with comprehensive proficiency in every facet of the EB-5 process. This encompasses adept handling of source of funds, skillful preparation and submission of the I-526 petition, meticulous management of adjustment of status applications, adeptly addressing RFEs, proficiently handling I-829 filings, and diligently preparing clients for successful visa interviews at USCIS or US consulates worldwide. With a remarkable track record, Blake has successfully filed over 200 EB-5 visa applications and is committed to providing unwavering support to clients, even well after they have been granted their Green Cards.
