About Boris
For the vast majority of his legal career, Boris Bernstein has been an advocate for delivering justice to those seriously injured due to the negligence of others. Mr. Bernstein primarily handles premises liability, motor vehicle, and negligent security matters. Working for several insurance defense firms in the past, Mr. Bernstein’s unique perspective involves knowing first-hand how to recognize the defenses used by adversaries, which he utilizes to advance a client’s case for a successful resolution. Prior to joining Liakas Law, Mr. Bernstein obtained an $8,363,581.00 verdict - one of the top 50 reported verdicts in New York State in 2019.
