About Brad
Brad is a native of South Dakota, a 1993 graduate of South Dakota State University, and a 1996 graduate of Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. He and his wife Charlotte have 3 children, Mallory, Sydney, and Blake. He enjoys hunting, golf, camping, and being involved in his kids' activities. Brad has been practicing law since 1996. He has experience in several different areas of law. Brad has extensive knowledge in the area of Bankruptcy Law, representing individuals in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, as well as creditors who have bankruptcy issues. Brad has experience in the courtroom, helping people with both civil cases and criminal cases. His other primary areas of practice include Personal Injury (car accidents, negligence, etc.), Wills and Probate, Business Law (including LLCs and corporations), Criminal Defense, Juvenile Cases, and General Civil Litigation.
